God is unexplainable, and rules over creation and chaos. Let us speak of God and other things.

“God, or what man thinks of God is unexplainable–
Yahweh, the unknowable, the name that may not be spoken, and on and on.
Yet, is God that complicated?
Is it not– The rose budding?
The sun rising over the mist?
The ozone from a lightening strike?
The empty room filled with light?
I believe I see firm evidence of God’s handiwork every day.
I do not see God; that is the purview of messiahs and the delusional.
Yet, to gaze upon a newborn infant cradled in his mother’s arms,
and to deny the existence of a power beyond comprehension seems empty and conceited.”

“You work that you may keep pace with the Earth and the soul of the Earth.
First to become idle is to become a stranger unto the seasons,
and to step outside of life’s procession,
that marches in majesty and proud submission to the infinite.
When you work you are a flute through whose heart the whispering of hours turns to music.”
~~Kahlil Gibran

“When you are surrounded by chaos,
that is when it is most important to practice inner peace and meditation.
The inner calmness can swallow discord and make it vanish.”

“The lamp enclosed in glass:
The glass as it were a brilliant star:
Lit from a blessed tree.
An olive of neither the East nor of the West,
Whose oil is well–nigh luminous though fire scarce touched it:
Light upon light!”
~~SURA XXIV (The Quran)

“All sentient animals play.
Children laugh and play.
Adults can learn from kids and playful creatures of the wild.
Have fun amidst all your seriousness.”

“The virtue of man ought to be measured,
not by his extraordinary exertions,
but by his everyday conduct.”
~~Blaise Pascal
